I appreciate the positive reminders throughout on how to tweak positioning to ensure you are in each pose safely and correctly. Yoga North of 49's outdoor yoga classes have been perfect this September to stay active while being socially distanced. She carefully sets up and checks participants in. I enjoyed attending Yoga North of 49 classes this summer. While I practice yoga at home, I was very excited to participate in a safe, outdoor class led by an experienced instructor. I appreciated her instructions on how to do the poses correctly and how to modify for my own needs. In addition, it was a terrific opportunity to practice mindfulness and breathing techniques, all the while exploring lovely, local outdoor settings.
