Hello friends! Yoga has helped my body heal over the years and has calmed and focused my mind. I look forward to sharing these gifts with you!
I started doing yoga in the 90's: I had some sports injuries and my chiropractor encouraged me to realign my body through movement. Since I had my children, I also found the gift of being present during my practise and finding space for myself. I am still recovering from post-concussion symptoms and found yoga to be beneficial in healing my whiplash and to calm my brain. I recently acquired my 200 hour yoga certification and have been putting it to work!
All of my classes are held in the outdoors; yoga will begin again when the Northern Hemisphere warms up in spring. See you in 2021!
